World of warships manual aa iowa1/8/2024 The unfortunate reality is it took 10ish seconds to kill the ranger fighters, and that's with a Hiryu squad locking horns with them as well. So if I pop DF it seems to me that I should be killing a lone squad of 6 fighters in a matter of seconds depending on what RNGesus does with the damage rolls. Ranger fighters have a survivability, which I'm assuming means HP, of around 1600-1800 depending on skills and modules. Then if I designate a target that should up it to 2592 DPS (plus whatever the 40mm and 20mm guns are tossing up too). AFAIK Defensive fire triples that now, so that would be 1296 DPS with DF active. So the 5" guns do 54 DPS according to the modules tab, and there's 8 of them. I thought the whole idea of the skill was that it doubled the DPS of the 5" AA guns on a designated target. Sounds great, but I really didn't notice them dying any faster than when I was just running AFT. I just came out of a match with T7 CVs, and the enemy would routinely bring his planes into my AA bubble, our CV would lock horns with 'em, and they'd die. After a few matches I'm really scratching my head wondering what's wrong with it. In fact I can't even notice a difference in my AA strength whatsoever. So has anyone else played with the new manual AA skill at all and noticed that either it doesn't work, or it's total trash? I decided to respec my NO captain and go with AFT + Manual AA and I mistakenly thought it would absolutely shred planes.
